MDSJ - Venturi Plate Scrubber
Venturi plate scrubbers require low maintenance. They have low resistance loss. They show high performance in elimination of some dust and gas masses. They are particularly applied in steel, ceramic earth sector and elimination of some gases.

Body design is usually made of PP material optionally. There is a visible manhole and exit stairs for access to all areas.
Graded plates in special form have been placed in MDSJ venturi plated scrubber, venturi scrubber body for increase in efficiency level. It has been designed for dust and gas masses, whose separation capacity is below 5 microns. It is possible to obtain an efficiency level of 98 % in finer dusts. Water consumption in plated scrubbers is lower if compared to other types. But pressure loss increases to a certain extent.
MDSJ plated scrubbers are standard productions up to a capacity300.000m3/h. There are no moving pieces in MDSJ plated scrubbers. They do not require a serious maintenance and their operating cost is pretty low.
It is an ideal dust and gas collector with MDSJ plate for finer gas and dust masses. Special perforated plates with maximum 3 grades are placed on intermediate body and as a result 98 % efficiency is obtained for dusts below 5 microns. MDSJ plated scrubbers are economical and are simple to install.
