Dry Filters

Pf – 100 Packaged Bag Filters

Technical Advantages of Cylindrical Pulse Jet Filter: MDSJ AIR Engineering’s Compact Bag Filters, developed to enhance efficiency, reduce maintenance, and minimize size and weight, offer several advantages compared to typical Jet Pulse Bag Filters. The most notable feature is their compact yet robust and modular design, which provides increased cleaning efficiency with reduced size and weight for ease of transportation and installation. Standard Compact Filters are equipped with insulation on the side walls and top section to maintain a consistent bag temperature. As a result, they offer a smaller footprint, larger filter area, and fewer moving parts compared to traditional Pulse Jet Bag Filters, leading to lower maintenance and operating costs.

Cylindrical Pulse Jet Filter

Cyclone-jet cylindrical filters are designed for high vacuum, high pressure, and explosion-prone areas. In this context, MDSJ AIR has developed a cylindrical bag filter concept that can ventilate bags in explosion zones. A pressure relief should be provided in relation to the corresponding pressure shock resistance. Additionally, an explosion diverter should be installed before the entry of the raw gas flow into the processing filter. These filters are applied for explosive dusts in locations that require pre-separation, such as product transfer centers and vacuum cleaners. The dust enters tangentially and, with the special design feature of MDSJ, the particles are first separated and directed downward through cyclonic action on the cylindrical wall. Our cyclone-filter combinations are available in capacities up to 90,000 m3/h. Along with MDSJ’s special design, these filters feature high vacuum resistance up to 2 bar, a double-walled body structure for explosion safety, stainless steel and carbon steel body options, and easy access through central covers.

Industrial Filters

MDSJ - Bag Filters

In industrial and industrial areas, filter systems are assisted in maintaining air quality by preventing dust, particles and granules emerging during the production phase from being trapped and dispersed to the atmosphere by systems with strong suction capacity. The equipment that separates the airborne dust and valuable granules from the air, absorbs them and  traps them in a chamber is also called Bag Filter.

MDSJ - Ceramic Filter System

Ceramic Filter System includes the advantages of reverse bag air filters as well as Pulse Jet Bag Filters. Each chamber is similar to the Modular Pulse Jet Filter system. The cleaning process consists of isolating each compartment in turn and cleaning it with compressed air. Then all partitions are automatically cleared. Off-line cleaning is suitable for light and fine dusts and larger volumes where the formation of fluidization is a distinct possibility. The chambered Pulse-Jet filter contains 4 to 6 bag filter compartments.

MDSJ - Cartridge Dust Collection Filters

Unlike bagged dust collectors, cartridge dust collectors use a pleated cartridge filter instead of bags. Because the filters are pleated, they have a larger total filtration surface area per m³/m² per minute, which reduces the air-to-fabric ratio and the size of the dust collector. Cartridge dust collectors are cleaned with compressed air spraying.

Wet Scrubbers

PS - Packing Wet Scrubber

ENGINEERING DY Series Vertical Countercurrent Packing Wet Scrubber is specifically designed for the effective cleaning of corrosive, harmful and/or irritating gases from process or ventilation air streams. The airflow into the Packing Wet Scrubber is first brought into contact with the wash solution as it enters the bottom of the packed tower and then rises vertically. A spray head placed over the sealant distributes the to wash solution evenly over the sealant top. The Contaminated Airflow then moves upward across the packed bed in countercurrent to the downward flowing liquid. Crossing a detour through the filler increases the contact time between air and liquid and increases the contact time of gas/liquid contact

Wet Scrubbers

A wet scrubber, also known as a gas cleaner or smoke cleaner, is an air pollution control device designed to remove specific gases, vapors, and particulate matter from the exhaust gases of industrial facilities. It operates by spraying a cleansing liquid onto the exhaust gases in specialized scrubbing towers to absorb, dissolve, or chemically react with the pollutants before they are released into the atmosphere. In some cases, a wet scrubber cleaner can also be a dry cleaning type. This depends on the types of gases or chemicals that need to be absorbed or dissolved.

Industrial Vacuum Cleaners

MDSJ - Model SS3000 - Center Vacum Cleaners

SS3000 MDSJ vacuum cleaners are mounted on a skid to be used in factories, fixed or mounted on a truck trailer. It is driven by electric or diesel engines. At 3000m3/h flow rate, 500mbar pressure, optionally 700mbar vacuum capability cooled vacuum pump is available.

MDSJ - Industrial Vacuum Cleaners Mounted

Industrial vacuum cleaners mounted on trailers or trucks with automatic air cleaning filters, pump with high vacuum capability and option, electrical or diesel generator engine 4”-8” connection flex hose, hydraulic tank lifting mechanism automatic control panel. are fully manufactured.

Pneumatic Conveying Systems

Dense Phase Pneumatic Conveying

Dense Phase Pneumatic Conveying Systems are categorized as Pulse Type or Continuous Type according to the movement of solid material in the pipe. Medium to high pressures are required for this type of conveying, so dry compressed air is used as the main driving force. In special cases, it may be necessary to use Nitrogen or different inert gases. Dense phase conveying systems are designed with relatively low speeds and below 5m/sec. However, pressures designed in proportion to initial pressures, distances to be moved and line resistance exceed 3 to 4 Bar. Pipe diameters are designed according to the production requirement and are relatively smaller.
