The measuring system “autarkon” -consisting of compact orifice, transmitter and calculator- is mainly used for energy and flow measurements with steam, technical gases and liquids such as thermal oil and glycol/water mixtures for pressure ratings up to PN40. Application examples are energy measurements for steam and liquids in production companies within the framework of the energy management system according to ISO 50003 in and emissions trading. The same applies to the balancing and cost allocation of energy flows to the manufactured products.
