Promed - Model A75 -Medical Waste Shredding and Sterilization System
The Promed A75 system is designed for use in clinics and small hospitals, providing an efficient and reliable solution for medical waste management. With a capacity of 75 kg/h (165 lbs/h), it supports simultaneous shredding and sterilization of waste materials, enhancing productivity. The system features a PLC-controlled shredder equipped with an anti-blocking mechanism, enabling it to handle even tough materials like surgical stainless steel instruments and hard ceramics effectively. The sterilization process employs microwave technology and saturated steam to achieve homogeneous chamber temperatures of 134°C to 138°C, significantly decreasing pathogenic contamination by an 8 Log 10 value. Certified by TUV Austria and compliant with EU Directives and Norms, the Promed A75's multi-stage process ensures thorough heating, cooling, and draining, making safe waste disposal possible. Designed according to EU PED, 2006/42/EC, and 2014/30/EU standards, this system provides a robust solution for medical waste treatment.We are Design and production certified by TUV Austria.
