Mega - 30 m³ Concrete Batching Plant with Planetary Mixer
The system takes gravel, sand, cement, water, and additives, which are necessary for ready-mix concrete, from specially designed stock hoppers. These raw materials are taken in predetermined and computer-programmed proportions and mixed in the mixer to produce ready-mix concrete. The mixing capacity of the mixer is 30 m³ per hour. By adding an additional intermediate storage hopper for uninterrupted raw material feeding, the capacity can be increased up to 38 m³. Our concrete plant is designed to operate continuously for 24 hours as long as an adequate supply of raw materials is available.

Our client in Doha, the capital of Qatar, was in search of a facility that could go beyond ordinary concrete plants and also produce brick & concrete paving stones. After discovering our YouTube video on the “conveyor belt concrete batching plant system,“ they contacted us to discuss their requirements. Through virtual meetings, we provided them with information about the desired facility. Without a delay, the customer made arrangements to personally visit our factory.
Our team of expert engineers presented the customer, who had examined our production at the factory, with a demonstration of the Conveyor Belt System tailored to their specific project. The designed coupled system features a Planetary mixer with dual outputs. The mixed mortar is transferred from one output to the block machine and the other to the concrete truck. Addressing all the customer’s concerns and questions, we successfully signed an agreement for a30 m³concrete batching plant that can be coupled with the block machine.
After obtaining project approval, our field team meticulously prepared the complimentary infrastructure preparation project. Our production team, responsible for manufacturing the unique design of the coupled concrete batching plant, completed its production in 4 weeks. Throughout this period of time, our customer was able to track the construction progress of the concrete plant online through the “Production Tracking System” using the provided IP address.
We arranged a transportation agreement to Doha at a much more affordable price with the support of our logistics team. Our experienced installation team completed the installation of the concrete batching plant and block production system within a period of6 days. After conducting concrete and block test productions, we successfully provided free operator training as well.
