By adding an additional intermediate storage hopper for uninterrupted raw material feeding, the capacity can be increased up to 38 m³. Our concrete plant is designed to operate continuously for 24 hours as long as an adequate supply of raw materials is available.

Mega - 24 m³ Aggregate Hoppers
It is the area where raw materials such as sand, gravel, aggregate are stocked in ready mixed concrete production. There is a weighing band at the bottom. Mega - 1500 KG Weighing and Conveyor Belt
It is the belt that allows the materials in the aggregate bunker to be weighed at the desired weight and transfers them to the aggregate transfer belt after the weighing process is completed. It is located just below the aggregate hopper. It consists of 5 separate components: weighing chamber, chassis, conveyor rubber and rollers, weighing system, motor reducer group. Aggreagate Transfer Belt: It is the equipment that transfers the dosed raw material coming from the electronic weighing belt to the waiting bunker. The bottom of the bunker is positioned at the end of the weighing belt.

Cement screw conveyorsare the equipment that carries the cement to be used for the mortar from the silo to the weighing system. According to your request, production is made by our company in various capacities and sizes.
