Mega - 60 m³ Concrete Batching Plant with Twin-Shaft Mixer
The system takes gravel, sand, cement, water, and additives, which are necessary for ready-mix concrete, from specially designed stock hoppers. These raw materials are taken in predetermined and computer-programmed proportions and mixed in the mixer to produce ready-mix concrete. The mixing capacity of the mixer is 60 m³ per hour. By adding an additional intermediate storage hopper for uninterrupted raw material feeding, the capacity can be increased up to 72 m³. Our concrete plant is designed to operate continuously for 24 hours as long as an adequate supply of raw materials is available.

Our customer in Maykop, the capital of the Republic of Adygea in Russia, was in search of a concrete plant for a new investment. During our specialized marketing activities in the region, we had the opportunity to meet the customer. The convenience of purchasing the concrete batching plant with theRussian currency ruble, along with offering a 3-year mechanical guarantee and a1-year mixer wear plate guarantee, impressed our customer. Just 2 days later, the customer visited our sales office followed by a visit to our manufacturing facility to see our operations firsthand.
Through mutual exchange of ideas and considering our customer’s needs, we reached an agreement on the Promix 60.TW, a Twinshaft mixer with a production capacity of60 m³per hour, which will be used in various projects.
Our engineering team provided free project planning and infrastructure preparation for the facility. The customer, who placed an order for the concrete batching plant through the “Production Monitoring System” requested an additional silo. Despite the additional request, we were able to complete the concrete batching plant in25 days, which was earlier than the estimated production time.
Due to the early completion of production, our logistics team arranged the shipment to the Maykop city at a decent cost. Despite the challenging weather conditions, our assembly team completed the installation of the concrete batching plant in4 days. We did not encounter any issues during the test productions and commissioning. The operator training, which we provided free of charge, was also successfully completed.
The experience we gain from developing solutions for various projects from different countries drives us to face the ever-changing challenges and be bold and flexible in any natural conditions. Looking into the future, we constantly strive to enhance efficiency and profitability for our customers by continuously innovating ourselves.
We have also prepared a short video showcasing the 60 m³ concrete batching plant that we have successfully installed. We hope that our customer will reap the benefits of their investment and we wish them great success. For more videos related to concrete batching plants, you can follow our “YouTube” channel.
