KMG - Model RIBLINE™ -Meter of Joint Less Spiral Pipe

The Ribline System consists of a single strip of steel reinforced HDPE which is progressively wound into the existing pipeline by the Ribline machine which is positioned in the base of the access chamber. The edged of the profile are welded together by the Ribline machine forming a continuous watertight liner. The fully encapsulated steel reinforcement is designed to provide a liner of optimum stiffness for the application. Ribline provides a structural liner to rehabilitate pipe diameters from 400 – 3000 mm. Rib Loc product and process quality is ISO 9001 certified.
