Lokotrack LT Series mobile crushers are widely used in aggregates production and recycling applications around the world. Thanks to track-mounted construction, Lokotrack machines are easy to move at a production site and transport between sites.
Lokotrack® LT Series mobile crushers are often referred to as ‘mobile crushing plants’. They are track-mounted crushing machines which, thanks to their mobility, can maximise productivity and reduce operating costs – while increasing safety and reducing environmental impact.
The basic components of mobile crushers are almost the same as for stationary ones, but with the added advantage of complete mobility, even up slopes as steep as 1:10 incline.
Lokotrack® crushing equipment is often utilized in aggregates production in quarries and construction sites, recycling applications, as well as in mining operations.
Many Lokotrack® models have the crushing unit, conveyors and screen in the same track-mounted frame. For models that don`t have the screen as default, it can be integrated on request.
Since Lokotrack® combines crushing, conveying and screening tasks, one machine can function as a complete production plant.
Two or multiple Lokotrack® units can also be layed out one after another. In these cases they form a multi-stage production chain, so called ‘Lokotrack® train’.
Lokotrack® jaw crushers
Popular Lokotrack® jaw crushers are utilized as primary crushers that reduce the material to smaller sized for further processing.
Lokotrack® cone crushers
Traditionally used as secondary, tertiary, and quaternary crushers. However, if the grain size of the processed material is small enough by nature, then they can also operate at the first stage of the crushing process.
Lokotrack® impact crushers
Lokotrack® HSI crushers have a horizontal impact crushing unit and they are used as primary, secondary, or tertiary crushers. Lokotrack® VSI crushers are equipped with vertical shaft impact crushing unit, and they are efficient in the last stage of the crushing process, producing precisely shaped cubical end products.
Lokotrack® e-Power mobile jaw and cone crushers can powered with diesel or electricity. The mobile crusher is plugged to the grid for quiet, emission-free and economical crushing in the cities, and powered by a modern low-emission and low noise diesel engine where the grid is not available.
