C. F. Nielsen - Mobile Briquetting Plants
Many companies have wood waste at different locations. In some countries the wood waste can be obtained at a low price in small quantities. In other areas is it relevant to work onlys seasonal at the same work site. For this purposes we have developed the Mobile Briquetting Plant. The mobile plant consists of a briquetting press, a silo, feeding screw control system and cooling line all placed in a 20 foot container. The mobile plant can be delivered with the following presses: BP 3200 to BP 6500.
Our Mobile Briquetting plants will produce briquettes of high quality in many kinds of materials; typically wood waste, MDF dust, and other types of biomass. The moisture content of the raw material should always be 6-16% for industrial briquettes and 10-12% for consumer briquettes.
Our customers are guaranteed presses with a minimum of maintenance and a high liability of operation many years ahead.
The mobile plants are all delivered with BBCS touchbscreen control system, or optionally the more advanced ABCS touchscreen control system, which however is standard for BP 6500.
