Model 0432NV -Stainless Steel Separator

The material to be separated is fed continuously and evenly across the entire working width onto the conveyor belt of the stainless steel separator, forming a single layer of material. At the end of the conveyor belt, the flow of material enters the extremely strong and deep magnetic field of the magnetic belt roller. Weakly magnetic stainless steel parts are magnetised and held on the conveyor belt, while the remaining materials fall off. The stainless steel parts are pulled out of the magnetic field either by the force of weight or by the transverse cleats attached to the belt.
