The PowerHeater technology is based on the principles of extrusion technology. The PowerHeater process is based on transferring mechanical and thermal energy into a meat emulsion in order to coagulate the protein and any potential sources of carbohydrate. The technology makes it possible to transform simple, meat-based formulas into a very textured meat-alike product. Capacity of 100-300 kg/hour.

PRODUCT BY-PASS

Automatic by-pass valve, which ensures that product that is not heated to the target temperature and thereby does not have the desired quality, is by-passed.

PRESSURE CONTROL

Inlet pressure is controlled by means of pumps. The pressure is a crucial parameter for the PowerHeater process. The automatic regulation of pressure, temperature, and pump pressure ensures optimal process stability.

PRODUCT TEMPERATURE

Temperature monitoring of outlet temperature. This allows for full documentation in terms of physical quality as well as bacterial elimination.

FLUSH SYSTEM

The PowerHeater is automatically flushed with water. Valves will automatically adjust to generate a high-pressure water flow in order to flush the machine as part of its general cleaning.

HEATING

The PowerHeater is heated using indirect steam. The heating is automated and operates according to an operator set-point.
