Instrument can operate on fuels ranging from Kerosene, LDO, HSD, LSHS, F.O., Natural Gas, Coal etc., Customer can programme for non standard fuel values. Calorific valves are based on locally available fuels. Instrument can store upto 250 records and can be interfaced to computer for printout. Rigid probe with flexible section gives easy accessability during sampling at odd locations. Extended probe upto 1.5 Mtr. available for higher temperature upto 1200°C. CO2, Excess Air , Combustion efficiency readings are calculated and displayed as per B.S.845. Unit has facility to give all stack gases other than O2, CO, SO2 and NOX. User friendly interface with operator by means of elaborate messages.

What is Ace 1000

  • It is a hand analyser with shoulder strap provision for carrying to odd sampling points.
  • Interface with operator through soft touch membrane polycarbonate keyboard and 16 character Dot Matrix L.C.D.
  • Inbuilt diaphragm pump to suck sample gas. Reading can be stored and interfaced with computer through Rs. 232 output.

Power

  • External charger-cum-power unit for 230 V / 50 Hz Operation.
  • Internal Ni-cad battery 7.2 / 0.5 AH
  • " Auto Cut Off " for battery after required charging.
  • Full charged battery can give upto 75 test of 4 min each.

Calibration

Provisions for automatic and manual calibration ( with known gas ) for various gases and temperature channel.
