Model AG 103324 -Disinfection Devices
This is our line of disinfection devices that is dependent on system air supply. The air supply will need to be tapped in from the system air pump typically by installing a pvc tee. The air consumed by this device is less that .25 cfm, which will not be realized as a negative effect on the aeration treatment element of the system. This device is an Ozone generating device that was designed to be used with an Aerobic Septic System.
This device is not NSF approved because at this time no certification is available. However, this device is designed and capable of meeting and/or exceeding all requirements that will be required for an NSF certification when this becomes available. This is a low maintenance device. Periodically cleaning of an air filter, the Ozone generator cell should be replaced every 3 years to maintain the full effectiveness of this device. Even though this device is designed for an Aerobic Septic System, this disinfection device can be used other applications as well. This model can be ordered for use with 120 vac 60 hz or 230 vac 60/50 hz without having to select an operating voltage. All of our models come standard with a ceramic sparger but can be upgraded to a stainless steel sparger. We recommend on a annual basis to pull the sparger from the tank and clean with fresh water. We also have the option of a remote alarm that will notify of any alarm as well as silence an alarm and testing of the alarms.
