Submerged fine bubble diffuser is used to provide high efficiency of air or oxygen conveyance into the wastewater/sludge, and agitate the wastewater to keep solids in suspension and mixing.

  • The membrane is made of EPDM with the characteristics of UV light, acids, alkali, and corrosion resistances for a prolonged useful lifetime.
  • The concave attachment between the plate and membrane and an extra clamping ring prevents leaking and loosing.
  • The special design of diffusing apertures distributes on the membrane by the way of polygon. When the blower operates, each diffuser generates the fine bubble stream of 1 ~ 3mm radically.
  • The check valve /orifice device equipped in the base plate avoids the back flow when the blower is shut down.
