Model CBR 4500 -Automated Arms Plant for Efficient Truck Mixer Loading

Scraping arms plant for loading truck mixers. Aggregates hopper dispenser up to 4500 lt output, cement dispenser with separate weighing by 1500 Kg, both with load cells, hourly production from 23 to 29m3. Aggregates/cement scale up to 20000 Kg, cement extraction from dispenser by screw, aggregates extraction by conveyor belt and supplementary spinous load belt directed to truck mixer. Water dosing with impulse emitters and electro-valve, manual and automatic start/finish control, weight setting of 4 aggregates + 2 cements by computer. A completely automatic plant for dosing aggregates/cement/water allowing direct loading into truck mixer. Particularly compact, simple to assemble and able to ensure optimal dosing for concrete output and quality.
