Model DHS -Door Handle System with RFID Sensor and Emergency Exit

The DHS door handle system combines the functionality of a robust door handle with integrated machine status indication through illumination in the handle itself. The system utilizes RGB LEDs capable of displaying seven different colors, which can be individually controlled to indicate specific machine conditions. Designed for integration into 40 mm profile systems, the DHS door handle also includes a customisable push button that can serve functions like reset or guard door request. The system is versatile, suitable either as a standalone solution or in combination with the AZM40 solenoid interlock or RSS260 safety sensor. Additionally, the AZM40 offers a notable locking force of 2,000 N, features an RFID sensor for unique coding options, and optional emergency exit or release mechanisms, among other capabilities. The BDF40 control panel complements these features with its slim profile and up to four control elements, including emergency stops and pushbuttons.

The new DHS door handle system unites the functions of a robust door handle with display of individual machine statuses using illumination in the handle itself. The benefit: The DHS door handle system eliminates the need to install additional door handles and indicator lamps. The door handle has been designed for integration into 40 mm profile systems. 

The handle signals different machine conditions over its area using RGB LEDs, which can display seven different colors. The user can control the colors individually in order to signal defined machine status. 

In addition, a push button is available, which can be individually adapted to customer requirements using the colored push button caps supplied. The pushbutton can be used for tasks such as a reset function or a request to open the guard door.

The door handle system is universally designed so that it can be optimally used as a stand-alone solution or fitted with the actuators for the AZM40 solenoid interlock or RSS260 safety sensor.
