Model FA-CAB TVE/TVE-CL -Cabinet and Double Tank Water Softeners
The MODEL FA-CAB TVE/TVE-CL Cabinet Water Softener is enclosed in its own casing and is manufactured in rigid polyethylene, non-toxic and shock-resistant, while MODEL FA TVE/TVE-CL is double tanked with a separate salt-water chamber. The water softener works by ion exchange using strong cation gel resins with high exchange capacity and certified for use with food that can totally eliminate or lower the overall hardness of the water. The cylinder containing the resin is made completely of non-toxic thermo-plastic material, coated externally with epoxy resin and reinforced with fibreglass. The operating unit is composed of a hydro-pneumatic five-phase valve with mobile pistons manufactured from non-toxic thermo-plastic material, designed for head installation.
Electronic digital control screen for setting regeneration according to time and volume to start the function based on actual consumption of water without wasting the regeneration materials. The internal electronic circuit is powered by 12 V (a.c.) 10 VA through an external transformer for direct connection to the mains supply (220V).
The brine required for regeneration of the resin bed is prepared automatically and continuously in the relative brine chamber constructed in rigid non-toxic polyethylene.
MODEL FA-CAB TVE/TVE-CL and MODEL FA TVE/TVE-CL are part of the household series we produce for water softening for human consumption, and comply with Legislative Decree No. 443 of 21/12/1990 issued by the Italian Health Ministry and may be equipped with automatic systems for disinfection of the resins and a water mixing system.
Volume of plant resin starting from 9 litres up to 100 litres (9 l., 15 l., 17 l., 25 l., 35 l., 50 l., 75 l., 100 l.) - with respective operating capacity from 200 litres/hour up to 4 cubic metres/hour and brine chambers from 75 l. up to 200 l. - Attachments 1" - 1"1/4.
