Model FA-MP -Motor-Driven Dosing Pumps
The MODEL FA-MP Motor-driven Dosing Pumps series with direct piston operation and the MODEL FA-MD with diaphragm with adjustable capacity from 10% to 100% allow extremely accurate dosing of any type of liquid or aggressive or non-aggressive substance (acids or basics).
The FA-MP series is recommended when high pressure levels need to be reached, the liquid to be measured does not contain solid suspended particles or is viscous.
It has a die-cast aluminium casing protected with anti-acid and anti-corrisive varnish and the pump is available in two versions:
- MODEL FA-MP AA equipped with piston, head casing, valve housing and spheres in AISI 316 stainless steel with a capacity from 9 litres/hour - 20 Bar to 503 litres/hour - 4 Bar.
- MODEL FA-MP BA equipped with ceramic piston, head casing, valve housing and balls in PVC with a capacity from 9 litres/hour - 10 Bar to 503 litres/hour - 4 Bar.
The FA-DP series is recommended when the liquid to be measured contains suspended abrasive particles and when the liquid is composed of highly toxic solutions.
It has a die-cast aluminium casing protected with anti-acid and anti-corrisive varnish, and the pump is available in two versions:
- MODEL FA-MP AA equipped with head casing, valve housing and spheres in AISI 316 stainless steel and PTFE-NBR membrane with a capacity from 90 litres/hour - 8 Bar to 470 litres/hour - 3 Bar.
- MODEL FA-MP BA equipped with head casing, valve housing and spheres in PVC and PTFE-NBR membrane with a capacity from 90 litres/hour - 8 Bar to 470 litres/hour - 3 Bar.
All the pumps use a vertical three-phase motor, 0.25 kW at 1400 revolutions/min.
Standard 220/380V a.c. power supply, 50 Hz three-phase, others on request.
