Model KBN and OK4 -Roll Crumblers

Nawrocki`s roll crumblers of capacity from 8,0 t/h to 26,0 t/h produce high-quality crushed material and are used for crushing granulated feeds. The application of crumblers is a perfect way to reduce production costs. They save the money you spend on very expensive dies for feeds for nestlings that need micropellets 1,8 – 2,0 – 2,2 mm. The crumblers are equipped with standard integrated feeder (no need to buy one separately). Two or four rolls with oblique cuts provide precise crushing.  It reduces the amount of screenings  and increases the capacity of the pelleting process.  Both the counterflow 3OCP and the crumblers make an ideal pair, preparing feeds to be cleaned in the vibrating screen (PZL or PZP).
