Nawrocki`s Pellet Mills are equipped with Single or Double Direct Drive - DDD . Its characteristic feature is a huge belt pulley, of the highest total power in its class, with a high torque. Directly connected by driving belts, the pelleting set is provided with huge power, which enables pelleting very difficult raw materials with no capacity loss. 

The ultimate competitive advantage in feeds: vertical and horizontal sterilizers are designed for best quality animal feed production, the task of the sterilizer is to eliminate the unwanted bacteria, fungi and other harmful substances while minimizing loss of the basic ingredients of the compound feed. this improves the digestibility of the feed and reduces the consumption, a characteristic feature of the vertical sterilizer ST-1100 is to use gravity to greatly reduce the power demand.

Nawrocki`s roll crumblers of capacity from 8,0 t/h to 26,0 t/h produce high-quality crushed material and are used for crushing granulated feeds. The application of crumblers is a perfect way to reduce production costs. They save the money you spend on very expensive dies for feeds for nestlings that need micropellets 1,8 – 2,0 – 2,2 mm. The crumblers are equipped with standard integrated feeder (no need to buy one separately). Two or four rolls with oblique cuts provide precise crushing.  It reduces the amount of screenings  and increases the capacity of the pelleting process.  Both the counterflow 3OCP and the crumblers make an ideal pair, preparing feeds to be cleaned in the vibrating screen (PZL or PZP).

Two, three and four-fraction screens PZP and PZL provide a few-stage cleaning of pelleted material and select the highest-quality feeds and pellets.
