Model Nature’S Edge Industrial -Surface Cleaner and Bio-Treatment
Nature’s Edge Industrial is a concentrated, aqueous based non-toxic vapor suppressant and surface cleaner containing aerobic, all natural, “oil-consuming” microbes. A truly unique formulation, Nature’s Edge Industrial performs a variety of tasks simultaneously to produce multiple benefits with the use of a single product. Major advantages include reducing VOC’s/ lowering LEL’s on contact, removing oily films from surfaces, enhancing separation and reducing viscosity (by inhibiting the ability of hydrocarbons and solids to bond, coagulate or re-adhere to surfaces), reducing odors and accelerating bioremediation of contaminants in soil, concrete or water.
Microbes, added during manufacture, are completely safe, non-pathogenic and identical to those used for clean up of major oil spills worldwide. Microbes are carried with product and water into porous substrates such as soil and concrete as well as drains, sumps and separators, utilizing unwanted oils and harmful contaminants such as benzene as a food source. In circulating water systems, Nature’s Edge Industrial controls or reduces oil build-up, sludge, plugged sprayer nozzles, foul odors and algae, extending water life and greatly reducing required maintenance.
Nature’s Edge Industrial is useful anyplace petroleum or food based hydrocarbon contamination presents a problem and/or occupational health and safety issues are of great concern. Excellent for use in closed environments such as tanks, tunnels, etc. Nature’s Edge Industrial can be used safely around people and vegetation and can be applied using pumps, pressure washers, misters, etc. It is non-irritating to normal skin and will not harm equipment internals.
Nature’s Edge Industrial is also available in custom blends, designed to meet exacting criteria, such as extra deodorizing power (Industrial-D), and for use in automotive shops (Automotive).
