Model NP -Water Neutralization Package
This Package is a Complete Skid formed by: Mechanical and piping parts, mass transfer equipment for mixing, instruments, pumps package, main control panel. The NP - Neutralization Package has been properly designed to: Treat, neutralize. The In-let Water Flow sent to the Skid. The Mixing is achieved through the use of special Jet-Mixing System using helier 12` made in Moplen. Special Materials for Pipes, Connections, Main Control Box and Pumps - AISI 316L AISI - are applied.
The NP - Neutralization is designed for two different Applications.
The First Application is the ACIDO. With this Application the In-Let Water Flow has a basic pH . The proper SKID - i.e. the NP - ACIDO - uses the Acid to Treat and Neutralize the In-Let Water . According to the value of the In-Let Water pH , the flow regulation of the ACID is achieved. The Out-Let Water is Neutralized and its pH is neutral (usually pH = 7) .
Usually Diluite Sulfuric Acid - H2SO4 - is used.
The Package has a complete system to:
- regulate
- monitor
- register
its functioning and operation.
The Second Application is the BASICO.
With this Application the In-Let Water Flow has an acid pH . The proper SKID - i.e. the NP - BASICO - uses the Base to Treat and Neutralize the In-Let Water . According to the value of the In-Let Water pH , the flow regulation of the BASE is achieved.
The Out-Let Water is Neutralized and its pH is neutral (usually pH = 7) .
Usually Diluite Sodium Hydroxide - NaOH - is used.
