Model Series 535/536 -Electro-Holding Magnets for Ferromagnetic Part

Type 535 and 536 electro-holding magnets can be used to hold ferromagnetic parts economically in production and in fixture construction where high holding forces are required. Threaded holes are provided on the back for fastening the magnets. The magnet body is made of special steel with high magnetic conductivity. The winding is made of highly insulated copper wire and is moulded into the magnet housing, completely protected against vibration and moisture. The electrical connection is available in different versions depending on customer requirements. The direct current supply can be provided by our rectifier or, if controlled via PLC, in fully automated operation with our electronic pole-reversal control unit.
