Model Series CR TWIN -Stainless Steel Vibrating Screens

The container of this vibroscreen has a conical-convex shape and it is directly connected to the vibrator motor. The features of the vibrator motor are considered as three-dimensional because the motion is at the same time sussultory, swaying and rotary; this makes sure that the screen is not clogged up and therefore cleaner throughout the whole production process. It features a 2 pole motor vibrator and an inverter can be mounted to change its frequency. In this special vibroscreen the sieving phase starts by feeding the product at the exact centre of the screen. The finer particles of the material pass through the upper screen and are directly dropped onto the lower discharge outlet thus avoiding the second sieving stage. The particles of the product, both thin and rough, which did not manage to filter through the first screen are redirected through a lateral outlet into the lower sieving stage – featuring a screen identical to the first one – and are therefore sieved once more. Finally, all the finest particles of the product exit together through the lower lateral outlet, whereas the rough particles are discharged through the lateral outlet situated in the lower band.
