Side wall, cone and top insulation: Keeps hot mix warm and increases storage time. Large 4-ton center drop batchers: Allows for batching into silos to reduce tendency for segregation. Center drop batchers with dual clam gates: Loads hot mix into center of bin and not against the side walls of the bin. Both oil seal bottom gates and clam type discharge gates. Second bin gates and second structural members to protect trucks when under the bin. Main drag slat box 48` tall to allow for larger sprockets which reduce chain, floor and sprocket wear. All idler shafts are on floating bearings to protect the floor plate from premature wear under each idler. Walkway up both sides of the coneyor to allow idler bearing maintenance on either side of the conveyor. Twin and single drag slat chains available.
