Operation mode:
The liquid is distributed by the cascade intake box on the filtering medium. A level of liquid develops, the level of liquid rises because of increasing contamination of the filter fleece and the infeed of the filter fleece is activated. The dirty filter fleece is drawn up whereby the filter cake is separated from the filter fleece. Thus there are less disposal costs and 100% utilisation of the filter material. If the filter fleece is used up, a message for the filter fleece change is promptly reported.

The device works in the fully automatic enterprise. Only the fleece must be changed manually. Furthermore, it is simple to maintain the device.

Because of most extensive renouncement of installation of wearing parts a very long durability is reached.

The device is suitable for liquids up to a temperature of 100° C.

Functional principle of the vacuum belt filters
