Schleuniger MicroGraph - Modular System for Crimp Cross-Section Analysis
The modular MicroGraph System creates high-quality crimp cross-sectional images with the SawPolish and ElectrolyteStaining Unit as well as the MacroZoom Unit 1.3 fast. Crimp cross-sectional analysis has become an integral part of the crimp quality process. With the MicroGraph System (MGS), crimp cross-sectional images can be created quickly and accurately. The combined process with the SawPolish Unit, the ElectrolyteStaining Unit, and high-precision optics with the MacroZoom Unit 1.3 allows for a thorough analysis of the connection. Electrical connections (crimped, welded, soldered, or spliced) can be cut (sawed), polished, stained (cleaned), and visually analyzed in one testing process. The modular components can be combined according to individual needs. The optional ergonomically designed work table optimizes the workflow when combining the components. The complete system can also be integrated into mobile cabinets to create a mobile quality station.
