Mogensen - Model SE -Sizer System
The Mogensen Sizer SE is an efficient, compact and flexible screening machine for bulk solids in the processing industry. Its linear movement enables efficient screening of rough and abrasive materials.
The Mogensen Sizer SE is a compact short-decked sizer with high screening efficiency for use in a wide range of demanding industries.
It is driven by 2 vibrators resulting in a linear movement that counteracts blinding of the screens and loosens and stratifies the feed material. This secures an efficient material spread.
The design of the inlet and outlets allow for a flexible configuration. Service and maintenance are simple: large, easy-to-open inspection ports with secure fastening and dust covers available in 0.5 m wide modules with only 2 quick-release fasteners each.
The Mogensen Sizer SE is primarily intended for separating sizes of around 0.1-30 mm and can handle input dimensions up to around 50 mm. It has 5 screening decks and can be supplied in widths of between 0.5 m and 2 m.
