Mogensen MScreen - Circular Units
Mogensen MScreen Circular units are used primarily for applications that require excellent grading quality in the medium and coarse particle size ranges.
MScreen Circular units are available in a single-deck and a double-deck version, both of which are driven at extremely fast speeds by a vibration motor driving them to vibrate in circular fashion. The screening systems either combine this motion with vibrations in the opposite direction or choose between one of the two directions. This ensures that material will be effectively loosened up at the infeed area and simultaneously spend more time at the outlet area, resulting in excellent grading quality.
Removable covers and inspection openings provide easy access to the inside of the machine, ensuring that screens can be quickly replaced. Moreover, the fact that the fine material outlet vibrates together with the MScreen Circular eliminates the need for large material chutes underneath the machine. There are a variety of wear liners available for the discharge hopper and side panels, and screen linings are available in all common configurations using steel, polyurethane, or rubber.
