The 13X Molecular Sieve is a synthetically made zeolite with a three-dimensional structure composed of silicon dioxide (SiO2) and aluminum oxide (Al2O3). It has a pore diameter of 10A° (1.0nm) and is the sodium form of the type X crystal.

The 13X Molecular Sieve is based on the molecule form the type of X crystalline foam, which has a larger pore size than other types of A crystalline form, which are 3A, 4A, and 5A. This makes it an effective adsorbent for a wide range of industrial processes and applications.
