The Molinari Mill / Grinder is an innovative machine in the grinding sector. It is a high performance machine, especially with products hard to treat (wood of medium and large size, polyethylene pipes, PVC, etc.) which can be ground with screens that have 3, 4, 6, 8, 12 mm holes, for example, to obtain sawdust from wood. Cooling
All the parts of Molinari machines can be cooled: machine body, bearing supports, fixed blades, and rotor shaft. This way, they can also process without difficulties materials like rubber.

Presser
It can be installed in the rear part of the feed hopper, thus enabling to grind drums and small cisterns without the need to shear or pre-shred them. Photocells on the feed mouth detect the intake of material and with their signal set the presser into motion. Movement of the presser pushes the drums and small cisterns against the patented blade profile, which immediately grips the material.

Unrolling device
Allows one to grind coils made of PVC, rug, paper, etc. which are automatically unrolled and inserted in the grinding chamber of the mill. It is installed on the rear part of the feed hopper or directly on it. This application enables the operator to also feed the mill by the front inlet during the unrolling and automatic grinding of the coil.

Roller feeder
It`s a module which can also be applied to existing Molinari mills, as it does not require any modification to the central body of the machine. It is composed of a thick sheeted removable chassis on which two gear teeth rollers are assembled. These rollers evenly distribute the product along the whole length of the rotor, through two mechanical actuators. There are numerous advantages to this innovation. The most important is the improved performance, for it allows for full exploitation of the power of the mill itself. It also works without the aid of the pneumatic conveying system, thus saving both money and space. It also prevents the `floating` of materials in the hopper.
