Potential - Multi Module Oil Skimmer
Multi (Disc / Brush / Drum with Weir) type oil skimmer is an advanced skimmer designed for efficient removal of free-floating oil that comes in contact with the disc, drum or brush banks. The oil is scraped and collected in a tank. Collected oil is transferred via an oil transfer pump. The skimmer can be easily modified to a Weir skimmer. Multi skimmer/free-floating skimmer can be operated manually or by remote control. The system is operated by a diesel engine-driven hydraulic power pack. It can be equipped with single or dual oil transfer pumps. A hydraulic thruster option is offered for remote manoeuvrability.
The Multi (Disc / Brush / Drum with Weir) type Oil Skimmer is specifically designed as economical, versatile equipment, suitable for various oil recovery applications in deep-sea and shoreline areas. The skimmer removes a wide range of light, medium and heavy viscous oil efficiently.
