Belt Oil Skimmer efficiently removes oil from the surface of oily effluent. It works on the principle of the difference in the surface tension of oil and water. A rotating endless oleophilic belt passes through the oily effluent, which breaks the surface tension of the water to attract and collect floating oil. The belt is passed through a set of wiper blades where oil is wiped off both sides of the belt. Belt-type oil skimmers efficiently remove free-floating oil from the surface of the liquid. A Tube Type Oil Skimmer is a surface oil skimmer that effectively removes floating surface oil. A closed-loop oleophilic tube floats across the surface of the water in a tank or pit drawing the free-floating oils. Along with the ceramic finger guides on the skimmer, a unique wiper combination is attached to the tube for oil removal. The skimmed oil is collected in a trough which flows by gravity to the oil sump.

Slotted Pipe Oil Skimmers are used in API separators, steel mills, refineries, and wastewater treatment. The skimmer is a rotating pipe with C-shaped slots. The C-shaped slots are rotated down to the water level to skim the oil. The pipe is turned up and or above the water level when skimming is not required. The skimmer can be installed in a pit with a water level variation of up to 2 meters (standard) and above.

Floating Brush Oil Skimmers are deployed to effectively remove free-floating oil. The floating oil sticks to the rotating brush due to adhesion forces. The oil is scraped off the brush and collected in a tank. The collected oil is transferred using an oil transfer pump either mounted on the skimmer head or placed on shore. We offer floating and fixed-type variants of Brush Skimmers to suit your requirements. The Skimmer can be manually or automatically operated. Floating Disc Oil Skimmers are designed to efficiently remove free-floating oil from water. It finds application in oily water treatment and as oil spill response equipment. The skimmer incorporates multiple rotating discs which seize the oil that comes into contact with it. An oil scrapper separates the oil from the discs which is collected in an integrated oil collection tank. To transport collected oil a transfer pump is mounted on the skimmer head or on the shore. Floating Disc skimmers are offered in two variants viz., floating and fixed. Drum oil skimmers are designed for the efficient removal of free-floating oil. The floating oil comes in contact with the rotating drum and sticks to its surface. The oil from the surface of the rotating drum is scraped off and collected in a tank. From the collection tank, oil is transferred using an oil transfer pump, mounted on the skimmer head or kept on shore. Drum skimmer can be of floating drum skimmer or fixed drum skimmer as per requirement and it can be operated either automatically or manually. Multi (Disc / Brush / Drum with Weir) type oil skimmer is an advanced skimmer designed for efficient removal of free-floating oil that comes in contact with the disc, drum or brush banks. The oil is scraped and collected in a tank. Collected oil is transferred via an oil transfer pump. The skimmer can be easily modified to a Weir skimmer. Multi skimmer/free-floating skimmer can be operated manually or by remote control. The system is operated by a diesel engine-driven hydraulic power pack. It can be equipped with single or dual oil transfer pumps. A hydraulic thruster option is offered for remote manoeuvrability.

Floating funnel oil skimmer is a robust and economical solution for the removal of free-floating oil in a closed roof tank (floating roof, dome roof, cone roof, etc.) or open tanks. It works on the principle of gravity. It does not have any moving mechanical or electrical parts. The floating funnel skimmer incorporates adjustable floats to skim free-floating oils of varying density. As per process requirements, we offer a skimmer with a flexible hose or a fixed arm with swivel joints. Guide poles or ropes are provided to restrict unpredictable lateral movement of the skimmer. Based on the tank geometry, a fixed arm with a swivel joint can be integrated with either a single, double, or triple arm.
