Passavant - Model KUR -Multi-Rake Bar Screen

The Multi Rake Bar Screen reliably remove large quantities of screenings. Due to various cleaning elements and different versions the screen can be adapted to specific tasks. The multiple cleaning elements, which are fastened to the revolving chains, mesh into the bar screen and transport the screenings to the discharge chute. An automatically actuated stripper wipes the screenings over the chute into the disposal. 

The production-optimized light-weight construction, combined with laser cutting and 3D folding technology, ensures high reliability and a long service life with little maintenance required. Passavant KUR don`t need submerged bearings and sprocket wheels due to the reliable lower redirection. Exchangeable sprocket teeth on the drive shaft without dismantling of the chains. Completely guided chains, on both sides, in the upper and lower string. Special version KUR-S with swiveling chain box for maintenance and avoiding obstacles.
