Nano - Dryer
The Bry-Air Nano Dryer Series is designed to integrate “small footprint and finish” of a commercial unit with “the ruggedness” of an industrial plastic dryer. It can be directly mounted on a hopper to fulfill the dehumidification and drying needs of small plastic processing units. Due to its unique design, it requires no floor space. Therefore, it is suitable for plastics processors with limited floor space or with congested shop floors.
Nano Dryers are very useful for processors of engineering polymers like Nylon, ABS, HIPS, PC, SAN, PMMA, POM, PBT, and many more (excluding PET) and many more, with a low throughput requirement. At present, it is available in two models, 15 CMH and 25 CMH, which can handle material up to 6 -8 Kg/hr or 10-12 Kg /hr respectively. Nano dryers are mainly used by processors using hand-moulding, vertical moulding, hand-operated injection molding or small capacity injection moulding. It can supply dry process air up to -40°C dew point without any cooling water requirement which makes it mobile and even more space-saving.
It is a self-contained unit and provides a cost-effective and straightforward solution to moisture control before processing. The rotor used in the dryers has a robust internal structure for industrial quality and durability. It has a hard face coating on the rotor edge, ensuring long life and a proper sealing for media and seals. Nano dryers are versatile and very easy to package and handle.
