Neptune - Model LAB - Local Control System with Micro-PLC and PC

The Neptune™ LAB control option utilizes a Micro PLC and a PC working station to control all phases and process parameters. It also provides supervision and data-logging functions (simple recipes, profiles, trends, alarm management, remote Audit-Trail). This system is suitable for the local control of stand-alone process equipment, in particular of fermenters and bioreactors primarily in the Research & Development area. The most complex bioprocesses can easily be implemented according to the customers own strategies due to the advanced software modules available in the EXPERT version (profiles, graphs, calculations and strategies) thus making it a cost effective yet versatile solution.
