Nippon - Model ID1654 -6x DNA Loading Buffer

Electrophoresis loading buffer: Buffer to prepare samples and markers for loading on agarose or polyacrylamide gels. The 6x DNA Loading Dye contains two different dyes (Orange G and xylene cyanol FF) for visualization of DNA migration during electrophoresis. The presence of glycerol ensures that the DNA in the ladder and sample forms a layer at the bottom of the well.
