INSTA-FLOC is a high performance selective liquid flocculant used in clear water drilling and low solids drilling. INSTA-FLOC is a high molecular weight, non-ionic polyacrylamide and is extremely effective in removing fine-grained solids suspended in the slurry.

INSTA-FLOC can be added directly into a stream of water at an excavation site or through a venturi type mixer to a surface tank. For best results, pre-mix a 0.5% solution of INSTA-FLOC in a 55 gallon drum (208 Liters) before adding it to the slurry system.
- Excavation/Reserve Pit: 2 quarts (1.9 Liters) per 1000 gallons (3785 Liters) water and mix with auger. Allow sufficient time for settling.
- Added to Flow Line: 4 quarts (3.8 Liters) per 100 gallons (378 Liters) water. Add constant for 3-4 hours to circulating tank/reserve pit.
- Breakdown: 0.5-1 gallon (1.9 - 3.8) liquid bleach (5% sodium hypochlorite) per 100 gallons (378 Liters) of slurry.
- ~5 gallon pail, 32 pails per pallet or 55 gallon drums All pallets are plastic-wrapped.
