The Vippen is accurate, compact, and specifically designed for measuring ultra-low flow rates of gases. It achieves high sensitivity at 1.8 ml resolution and features real-time online monitoring for enhanced control over gas production dynamics. Suitable for measuring the flow rates of inert and slightly corrosive gases.
Measurement accuracy
High-precision calibration, along with unique engineering plastic material formulations and production technologies, enables measurement accuracy to reach ±1%. Based on the instantaneous ambient temperature and pressure at the time of gas generation, the generated gas is converted to values under standard conditions (STP, 273.15K, 101kPa). The equipment automatically completes data acquisition and display, providing users with reliable standard measurement data.
Fully automatic and unattended
No manual flow measurement and recording are required, eliminating the tedious and labor-intensive process of gas production measurement. It is simple to use and easily achieves ultra-low gas flow measurement. Simultaneously, automatic gas volume calibration facilitates standardized procedures. Automated measurement avoids repetitive work, saving you valuable experimental time.
The built- in counter and restart function allow for easy recording of gas production and rate over a specific time period. Real-time cumulative gas volume and production rate are displayed on the LCD screen. Simultaneously, a standard analog signal 4-20mA output ensures high reliability and ease of programming.
DAQ Data Acquisition System (Optional)
It can simultaneously connect up to 6 sets of micro gas flow meters, automating data acquisition and real-time monitoring, reducing labor costs and replacing your traditional PLC hardware. Based on micro flow measurement, the computer operating interface can automatically acquire any gas flow rate and dynamic generation process; a 10-inch full-color LCD touchscreen provides intuitive observation of gas flow rate, making the detection data more visually appealing. Users can choose to observe only one set of curves or multiple sets simultaneously; experimental setup is simpler, and the monitoring process is more intuitive and visualized; experimental results are presented in a unified and simple format, ensuring data integrity, traceability, and security, facilitating analysis.
