AGC Veri-GAS - O2 Gas Analyser
To measure % Oxygen (O) in Welding Gas Applications. Lightweight and portable handheld analyser that gives a fast and accurate Oxygen (O) sample measurement in the welding zone where typically Argon has been used to purge oxygen levels. With one touch of a button, the Veri-GAS O atmosphere for oxygen levels by placing the sample probe in the weld zone. Once the correct level of oxygen is observed, the operator can stop the analysis at the touch of a button to proceed with the welding process. The levels of Oxygen gas are measured using a specially customised electrochemical sensor and are displayed in seconds on a large LCD display with a backlight.
The Veri-GAS 02 comes with a specially engineered sample probe that dissipates any heat transfer from areas where welding has already occured. An application-specific in-line filter is used to remove any heavy particles that may enter the probe. Engineered fittings are used for fast and easy connections whilst the durable heat-shielded tubing maintains provides a robust solution for welding environments. Calibration is carried out for your application prior to shipping.
