Do you have very large basins and tanks where the fluid level vary considerably? Then we recommend the Friess Oil Skimmer S 100. Due to the design of the Model S 100, lifting heights of up to 20 m can be achieved while compensating for fluid level fluctuations of up to 2 m.
The oil collector tube on the bath`s surface allows for the removal of oil from basins and tanks of various shapes and sizes. It effectively extracts oils and greases even from corners, ensuring thorough oil removal and precise oil-water separation over a large area.
The Friess Oil Skimmer S 100 is built robustly, making it suitable for continuous operation without issues, preventing premature wear caused by sand, chips, and particles in the oil.
All wear-prone parts of our Friess Oil Skimmers are made from highly abrasion-resistant ceramic. This is a significant advantage for you as it considerably reduces maintenance efforts and costs. The Oil Skimmer itself is constructed from durable stainless steel.
Depending on the oil`s viscosity and the thickness of the oil layer, the Model S 100 can remove up to 500 liters of oil per hour. Therefore, the performance is entirely dependent on your specific operating conditions. However, with the right accessories, the output can be increased and optimally tailored to your needs.
