Potential - Oil Spill Dispersant Spray System
Our neat and diluted oil spill dispersant solution effectively removes very thin oil slicks which cannot be recovered by mechanical method. It operates on diesel engine comprising PD pump, dispersant flow meter, recirculation valve, pressure gauge, interconnecting piping and valves, vessel mounted spray arms and nozzles. Dispersant spray system can be mounted on a small service vessel such as coastal fishing boats, pilot and work boats, for dispersant application on marine oil spills. Each arm is supplied with a stanchion that is fixed vertically on the vessel. It allows vertical adjustment of the spray arm allowing the vessel required freeboard. Nozzles produce a flat fan shaped pattern striking in line perpendicular to the curve of the vessel.
We offer a portable lightweight oil spill dispersant spray system. They are quick and easy to mount on offshore supply vessels or any other vessels during emergency oil spill situations. The system works on the principle of suction and mixing of seawater & dispersant and discharging the same in the ocean via spray arms.
