Designed for Total Organic Carbon (TOC) analysis of both ground water and ultrapure water, the uniTOC device utilizes comprehensive UV-based oxidation. This oxidation process can be further intensified by additional reagent dosage, such as persulfate. Employing the NDIR detector ensures precise outcomes across a spectrum of applications, spanning from ground water to ultra-pure water. The NDIR detector's absolute selectivity towards carbon dioxide renders it independent of conductivity and sample temperature. This feature guarantees accurate measurements within short timeframes. Moreover, the reactor's continuous self-cleaning mechanism effectively prevents any potential cross-contamination. To mitigate the potential quality issues of the stripped gas, we offer the option of utilizing pressurized air in conjunction with our air filters. This not only saves costs but also provides an alternative for maintaining gas purity as needed

Each of the detection methods have their respective advantages. The miniTOC is more convenient for pure and ultra pure water (conductivity < 2 µS/cm, optional also up to 30 µS/cm), whereas the uniTOC unit offers a wider application spectrum. Both systems have also an offline mode to measure grab samples. All systems can be qualified with IQ/OQ documents.
