membraPureModel miniTOC -Online and Offline TOC Analysis of Pure and Ultra Pure Water System

SHARE
Engineered for both online and offline monitoring (optional can be equipped with an autosampler) of Total Organic Carbon (TOC), the miniTOC instrument is built upon the classical flow-through concept. It efficiently performs TOC monitoring in pure and ultra-pure water environments. Utilizing the 'direct surface' principle, it employs UV oxidation of organic compounds alongside conductivity detection, ensuring swift and accurate monitoring of values. Calibrating and conducting System Suitability Tests (SST) for the miniTOC is a user-friendly process. Online operation is briefly paused for system checks, allowing the operator to connect the inlet to calibration standard solutions and diluting water. The software empowers users to independently perform calibration and SST. Additionally, the programmable sequence streamlines the automatic procedure and data evaluation.

Analyze pure and ultrapure water with our TOC Analyzers from membraPure
Each of the detection methods have their respective advantages. The miniTOC is more convenient for pure and ultra pure water (conductivity < 2 µS/cm, optional also up to 30 µS/cm), whereas the uniTOC unit offers a wider application spectrum. Both systems have also an offline mode to measure grab samples. All systems can be qualified with IQ/OQ documents.

TOC Monitoring for all major lab applications

  • Benchtop, wall mounted (with inclined display) and bench-integrated configurations
  • compact housing with small foot print
  • Fast & easy cartridge replacement
  • Easy-to-use software interface
  • intuitive software
  • up to 12 months trackable water quality values
  • integrated TOC monitoring
  • large touchscreen
  • flexible and lockable dispenser

Intervall mode
The miniTOC can be ordered as configuration with 4 inputs (miniTOC pro). With an additional software upgrade option the user can measure up to 3 loops sequentially.

Offline version
An offline configuration is available to analyse single samples.

By using the offline mode of the miniTOC pro the system is also upgradable with an autosampler with 15 positions for 100 mL vials.

If the medium temperature is higher than 50 °C a heat exchanger is required.

If the medium pressure is higher than 1 bar a pressure transducer is required.

Software with 21 CFR part11 conformity for pharma applications.

The housing protects the miniTOC from dust deposits and water jets

Initiates alarm in case of inlet flow is zero.

Validation documents IQ/OQ and PQ for miniTOC (conform and non conform with 21CFR part 11 software.

extended conductivity of sample up to 10 µS/cm.
