TSM - Opti-Mix Gravimetric Batch Blender
The ever-increasing costs for polymers and additives mean it has never been more important to ensure materials are dosed accurately and are homogenously mixed. The gravimetric batch blender solves this problem due to its unique patented mixing system and slide gate technology.
The Opti-mix gravimetric batch blender range can house as many as 12 material components and handle a throughput range up to 5,000 kg/hr.
The materials are mixed uniformly irrespective of bulk density, and this, combined with the cramming action it creates at the throat, greatly assists in the processing of difficult regrind materials, often allowing higher regrind percentages to be used and greater throughputs to be achieved.
Other features include a 7-inch high resolution, touch screen operation with prompts, incident log of all blender entries and changes, and one-touch weight calibration and auto test for full systems.
