We carry out periodic maintanance and after-guarantee ones, repairs and works related with keeping horizontal centrifuges operating. A client is provided with at least 6 month guarantee. Works can be divided into two parts:

A maintenance service at a client’s site, comprising:

travel of employees to a site and carrying out of measurements of machinery’s vibrations (we measure level of vibrations, noise and temperature in critical points) along with analysis of a drum and screw unbalancing level as well as bearings wear rate, by means of a Smart Balancer device,
disassembly of the centrifuge in order to assess and to diagnose screw conveyor, drum, bearings, protective layers, critical diameters of bearings, enclosure and frame, shock absorbers etc.

replacement of bearings, seals, grease, fan belts, drift fenders and drum outlet bushes,

reassembly of the entire system,

start-up of a centrifuge and re-measurement of the most significant operation parameters,

Overhauls carried out in our company, comprising:

disassembly of machinery into basic parts,

measurement of the most significant elements by means of coordinates CMM measuring machine,

carrying out of necessary works, that is new protective layers for a screw (on the basis of sintered carbides padding weld or special ceramic plates or sintered ones), dynamic balancing of a screw and a drum, legalization of all connections between parts, sanding of damaged elements and renewal of paint layers, replacement of all bearings, seals, v-belts, screws, re-assembly and trial start-up along with measurement of operation parameters,

transport of repaired device along with assembly and start-up assured by our maintenance service employees,
