AEC - Model PCA Series 1.5 HP -Packaged Chillers for Industrial Applications
The PCA Series 1.5 HP Packaged Chillers by AEC are specifically crafted for small and demanding industrial applications. These self-contained units are designed for quick installation, delivering consistent cool water at precisely regulated temperatures. The chillers achieve control within +/- 2°F (1.1°C) through advanced microprocessor-based PID controls with an autotuning feature. Engineered with NEMA 1-style electrical enclosures and non-ferrous wetted surfaces, the chillers include all necessary refrigerant safety mechanisms. They are designed with a compact footprint of 20 inches in width and 26 inches in depth, making them suitable for environments where floor space is premium. These chillers are part of AEC's innovative offerings, designed for efficiency and reliability in industrial cooling processes.
PCA Series Packaged Chiller by AEC are specially engineered for small, demanding industrial applications. Each self-contained unit is designed for immediate hook-up and is ready to supply clean, cooling water at constant temperatures.
Control within +/- 2°F (1.1°C) is achieved using microprocessor based PID controls with autotuning capability. NEMA 1-style electrical enclosures, non-ferrous wetted surfaces, and all refrigerant safeties. In order to conserve valuable floor space, the PCA chiller offers a space-saving footprint of 20” wide x 26” deep.
- Leaving water temperature range 35°F to 65°F (1.6°C to 18.3°C), glycol is required for fluid temps below 50°F (10°C)
