PCD Test Centre

The test centre includes a pilot dryer which is used to test products, optimize powder quality and drying parameters. The dryer can be used for scale-up demonstrations as well as toll drying. The test centre contains a pulse combustion engine, drying chamber and dust collection equipment and various types of lab equipment. Sinowatek also manufacture the Pulse Combustion Engines to meet the various customers` needs. These engines are also tested as part of the quality management system in the test centre. We offer to examine any waste stream, product or by-product to determine if it can be dried by PCD. We ensure to achieve the best dried product characteristics of the final product.
