Puress PCR-96UF is a fast and cost-effective ultrafiltration kit for purification of PCR amplification products larger than 150 bp. Designed for high throughput applications. Suitable for all vacuum or centrifugation protocols, either manually or in automated workstations.
The Puress PCR-96UF Purification plate is based on rapid ultrafiltration technology and utilizes an advanced PES membrane for highly efficient purification of PCR amplicons larger than 150 base pairs.
The 96-well plate can process samples from 20 µL up to 350 µL, with vacuum or centrifugation, in either a manual or automated procedure. Contaminants such as enzymes, salts, primers and NTPs are effectively removed, providing recoveries of up to 95%.
